CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE: Cancellations and reschedules must be made 48 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations within 48 hours will be a fee of 50% of the intended service total, charged to your card on file. NO SHOW: A no-show or day of cancellation will result in a $150 fee added to your next appointment. No exceptions. LATE POLICY: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be an added fee of $50 to your appointment and you may not receive the full intended service. REFUNDS: No refunds will be given. If you are unhappy with your hair, you have 5 days to schedule a revision appointment. At this appointment, you will only be charged the price of the product.
